Can I connect to the Internet from my room?

Yes, most of our hotel offers free Wi-Fi in all rooms.

Where is breakfast served and at what times?

Breakfast buffet is served in the Restaurant from 07:00-10:30 hrs.

How many restaurants and bars do you have and what are they?

We have 2 restaurants and bars in the hotel:
• Restaurant (open 6:00-23:59)
• Bar & Grill (open 11:00-23:59)

Is a special menu available for children?

Yes, we have special menus for children in our restaurants.

Do you have 24 hour room service?

Yes, we do.

How much parking space is available at the hotel?

The parking lot can accommodate cars as per the rooms.

Do you have hairdryers in the rooms?

Hairdryers are available in every guest room.

Do you have any special packages for honeymoons and anniversaries?

Special packages are available for guests celebrating a special occasion.

Do you have a tour desk where I can book excursions during my stay?

There is currently no tour desk available in-house, but we will be able to make recommendations according to your needs.

Do you have special facilities and services available for the disabled guests?

Yes, Most of our hotels have rooms specially equipped for disabled guests in the hotel and the rest rooms in public areas are also easily accessible by guests in a wheel chair. All floors and restaurants are also accessible by a wheelchair.

Can the hotel reconfirm my ongoing flight and make arrangements for domestic and international flights?

Yes, the Guest Relations staff in the Lobby will be pleased to assist with your travel arrangements.

Is a doctor available at the hotel?

We have a doctor on call 24 hours.

Is it possible to check-in earlier?

It is sometimes possible to check in earlier, however, this depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed. To be sure of having the room ready upon arrival, you can reserve the room from the night before.

Do you provide a service for late check-out?

Late check-out until 18.00 hrs is possible but at a charge which is normally 50% of the normal room rate. Rate is subject to 10% service charge and applicable government tax.

Do you have twin, triple and quadruple room?

We do have twin and triple room. However, no quadruple rooms are available.

Are king-sized beds available in the rooms?

Yes, we have king-sized beds in some of the rooms, and they can be requested upon reservation or check-in.

What television channels are available in the rooms?

We have DTH in guest rooms.

Do you have non-smoking rooms?

Yes, most of our rooms are non-smoking and are available upon request.

Is there a safety deposit box available at the hotel?

Most of our Hotels have safety deposit box in every guest room.

Is email service available at the hotel?

Guests are able to send and receive email from the Business Centre.

Is a babysitting service available?

Yes, we have babysitting service available on request. Please inform us at least 5 days in advance.

What facilities are available for children?

Special children’s menus with light dishes as well as high chairs are available in all our restaurants. The poolside may be used only under parental supervision.

Are baby cots available for the rooms?

Baby cots are available on request.
